The domain was created at the end of the 80s by Michel and Xavier.
Hillsides cleared, mined (land is returned to a significant depth) and the walls to be fully reassembled replanted.
1.5 ha originally the domain now spans 12 hectares of vine terraces facing south and southeast slopes of 40 to 60% slope between 126 and 350 m.
Our Saint-Joseph red wine and suffer a whole bunch maceration of 18-21 days. Aging in oak Syrah brings the finishing touches. Duration (12 to 18 months) varies depending on the origin of the plot, the quality of the wine you want.
Our excellent white Condrieu (Viognier) and Saint-Joseph (Marsanne, Rousanne) are vinified in oak barrels and left on lees of 8 to 10 months.
