Growers for several generations (1750), the field Jean-Paul Picard and his son cultivates with passion 13 hectares of vines, all located on the hillsides of Bué which are among the best in the Sancerre.
Having benefited from the lessons of the past, they have adapted modern techniques while maintaining manual harvesting and craftsmanship.
