Syrah et grenache.
The grapes are destemmed without crushing and directly transferred to our presses. No soaking is performed. Grape juice obtained is then stabilized at a temperature of about -2 ° C to undergo a barn with resuspension lees daily for two to three weeks. Temperatures are then raised to 14 ° C so that fermentation can take place in the best conditions. Alcoholic fermentation finished wine was filtered and bottled at the end of January this year.
Pale pink, bright shimmering gray.
We find the fresh fruit, red berries, lychee and passion fruit, followed by small mineral notes.
Ample and fresh, with a good balance. A real delicacy!

Ideal as an aperitif, it will accompany grilled fish, sauce, seafood, meats and Mediterranean dishes. Also very fond with Asian cuisine.
