The rosé is made from grapes destemmed by direct pressing juice fast with distance to preserve its clarity, condensed fruit flavor and keep the freshness expected. The fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18 ° C. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wines are racked and malolactic fermentation is neutralized at 5 ° C for one month.
The wine is aged 4-5 months in vats, withdrawn and filtered. The wine is not too degassed before bottling to keep its freshness.

Mouth full, round, bright and intense with notes of strawberries. Final balanced and lemon.
